Sustainability

Single-Ply Pressure Sensitive Reseal Labels
Resealable single-ply pressure sensitive labels are an established and proven format for flexible packaging. They provide a level of familiarity and convenience to consumers, consistent performance and are a more affordable and sustainable alternative to press-to-close rigid reseal options. Consumers simply pull back the label and then reseal the package.
Our labels use a durable, BOPP-based facestock with adhesives suited for your application. With high-speed print capabilities up to 22” and 9 colors, our process is optimized to help you succeed. It can be creatively printed to match your branding, die cut and fully functional, reseal after reseal!
Semi-Rigid Reseal Labels
NextGen Label Group™ offers a unique, patented, semi-rigid reseal label*. This innovation offers an alternative to bulky, non-sustainable rigid lids.

Our semi-rigid reseal label gives brand owners an opportunity to replace any current closure system with semi-rigid pressure sensitive labels. The label can be printed in up to 7 colors. It offers the ability for better brand continuity as it is the only label component to manage.
Our solution offers optimized product sustainability and lower cost. In addition, it delivers more functionality, enhanced ease-of-use and a better overall user experience for the consumer.
Made using thicker, semi-rigid material, the label sits flush with the pack and weighs just 1.8 grams. It’s less bulky and significantly lighter than a rigid flip-top lid, which weighs approx. 8 grams. Lighter products mean more packs can be delivered in fewer loads, reducing fuel emissions, optimizing storage space, and further increasing sustainability along the entire supply chain.
The light weight also translates to increased efficiency during production. It uses less material and can be applied on standard packing lines, unlike rigid plastic lids which require application lines to be retrofitted for hot melt and glue application.
