Dan Rosenbaum has been promoted to President & CEO. A seasoned leader with a proven track record of excellence, Dan brings a deep understanding of NextGen’s business and strategic vision, positioning the company for continued growth and innovation.

Dan has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout his tenure at NextGen Label Group, serving most recently as the Chief Financial Officer and President of the Van Alstine division. His understanding of the business, combined with his commitment to excellence and NextGen’s Brand Custodianship values, makes him the ideal candidate to lead NextGen into its next phase of growth and success. 

Tom Sargent, who has served as President & CEO for the past several years, will step down as part of the planned transition and will assume the role of Corporate Advisor. In this capacity, Tom will work closely with the leadership team to advance strategic initiatives while remaining an active member of the Board of Directors.

Jessica McCarthy has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer, where she will continue to foster NextGen’s Employee-Centric culture as a 100% employee-owned company. As CHRO, Jessica will continue to oversee key HR functions, including talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations and compliance, and training and development. She most recently served as the VP of HR for NextGen Label Group, and in her expanded role will take on collaboratively leading the marketing team, reinforcing NextGen’s employee-ownership and Brand Custodianship values both internally and externally.

Under Jessica’s leadership, NextGen Label Group will continue to enhance its employee initiatives, ensuring a supportive and growth environment. Her expanded role will further align people, culture and marketing efforts, promoting a unified and cohesive vision for NextGen’s future.

Andrew Horvath has been appointed Chief Financial Officer & President of the Van Alstine division. In his dual role, Andrew will lead Van Alstine while driving the financial strategy and performance of NextGen Label Group. His background in managing complex audits, technical accounting projects, and strategic financial planning will be instrumental in driving financial excellence and ensuring the long-term stability and growth of NextGen Label Group. 

Andrew joined NextGen Label Group earlier this year as the Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining NextGen Label Group, Andrew served in various leadership roles at KPMG, most recently as Senior Manager – Audit. In this role, he provided strategic guidance to clients in manufacturing, chemicals, and consumer goods, developing expertise in financial reporting, U.S. GAAP compliance, internal controls, and mergers and acquisitions.
