Syracuse, NY – November 9, 2023 – The NextGen Label Group™ announced that Jessica McCarthy, MPA, PHR has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources.
In addition to being a key member of the executive team, McCarthy will lead the employee-owned NextGen Label Group in the areas of talent acquisition and retention, compensation, compliance management, employee relations, as well as training and development.

Ms. McCarthy has worked in various Human Resources roles since joining Syracuse Label in 2017. She earned a BA – Political Science and Government from Syracuse University, and an MPA – Master of Public Administration from Baruch College, as well as being recognized with a PHR certification (Professional in Human Resources) by the Human Resource Standards Institute.
