Starting in early 2024, Tom Faugno, who has served as Chief Sales Officer, will transition to the role of Strategic Sales Advisor. This move reflects a deliberate effort to leverage Tom’s extensive industry expertise and insights. It ensures continued support for the company’s strategy and commercial objectives.
In this role, Tom Faugno will focus on fostering partnerships, providing strategic counsel, and strengthening key customer and industry relationships. These efforts have been instrumental in NextGen Label Group’s success.

New VP of Sales
Tom Mason, who joined NextGen Label Group™ in late 2024, has formally assumed leadership of the commercial side of the business as Vice President of Sales. With over 33 years of experience in the label and packaging industries, Tom Mason has already begun implementing strategies to expand NextGen’s market presence and drive sales growth across all divisions.
